Meet Ann

Realtor® Ann Rasmussen doesn’t just help her clients reach their real estate goals; she ensures their experiences are as positive and stress-free as they are successful. She achieves her mission by fusing her vast community and market knowledge with tireless optimism and an unwavering commitment to clients’ needs.

 

Ann grew up in Orange County and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in sociology from California State University, Fullerton. After working for the Orange and Ventura County Probation Departments for seven years, she began dreaming about a career change. Ann left her job to raise her three children, during which time she realized a real estate career in her city was her ideal next move. She had been a Santa Barbara resident for decades and had already worked in the real estate industry as an assistant when she earned her license in 2007. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Ann’s experience working with a vast clientele has taught her to communicate easily with virtually anyone. Because Ann leads with exemplary empathy, patience, and honesty, her loyal referral clientele knows she’ll be there to support them whenever they call.

 

Ann is the mother of three children she proudly raised in Santa Barbara. She’s well-versed in local public and private schools, colleges, and universities, and her community volunteerism includes working with such nonprofits as the Dream Foundation, the Junior League of Santa Barbara, her church, and her children’s schools. An avid speed walker, Ann enjoys participating in Santa Barbara’s race events. She also enjoys low-tide beach walks and visiting all the fabulous wineries in the Santa Barbara region.
